Who we work with We work with individuals, groups, schools and organizations. Our clients are from around the world and of no specific socio-economic background. They are eager to learn, grow, and are capable of succeeding. We are yet to turn away a student or person who needs assistance. Service Delivery Some clients may choose to come to our Hingham, MA home office. We also travel to clients' homes, and at times across the USA and internationally to support ends. We are trained to do much of our work by phone. Based on preferences, we are also able to communicate by email, text, Skype, and otherwise. Services We run the KEG College Planning Membership Club, conduct student and parent information workshops, attend school consultations, and speak (often for free) at schools and organizational events. We are open minded and value the uniqueness and wholeness of each of our clients. Our aim is to watch our clients
abundantly succeed in their academic, career and life based goals. Our
hopes are to build long term relationships with our clients and families
and to be there well after our initial working together.
Our philosophy --We believe in
working with the entire person, family and or group to insure both
immediate and long term success. We know that remaining open minded,
respectful, and client centered at all times through a growing process
creates for optimal outcomes. We know that all people are capable of
success if they are motivated and willing to persevere the inevitable

More about our founder Keith Kosierowski, CEO of K.E.G., is a certified school counselor with eleven years of experience in both local public and foreign-based schools. He is an ADHD coach and career counselor. He has worked at both the American Nicaraguan School and The American International School of Rotterdam, serving as a middle and high school counselor as well as an Assistant Principal. He has also worked at a private educational organization focusing on the college planning needs of students and families.
Kosierowski has advanced study in educational administration at Lesley University and Boston College. He earned his master's degree in Education in school counseling (grades 5-12), and his bachelor's of science degree in Athletic Training, Psychology, and Biology at Salem State College, Salem, MA. He has trained at the ADD Coach Academy as an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Coach.
Kosierowski edited and co-wrote portions of both, The Collaborative College Counsel's: Comprehensive College Counselor Training Manual, and The Collaborative College Counsel Student Curriculum (second edition), 2009.
